Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States and offer the following options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jonathan_keatts@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
